Jamie xx solo career
Since releasing remixes for Florence + The Machine and Adele, Jamie released the critically acclaimed album ‘We’re New Here’ on XL Records. This 13-track remix album was a creative interpretation of Gil Scott-Heron 2010 album ‘I’m New Here’ and was named “masterpiece in its own right” by BBC’s Ele Beattie.

Partitura Software
An ongoing collaboration between Abstract Birds and Quayola Partitura is a custom software to generate realtime graphics aimed at visualising sound. The term “Partitura” (score) implies a connection with music, and this metaphor is the main focus of the project.
Partitura aims to create a new system for translating sound into visual forms.
