My first encounter with a Donae’o record was in the Garage days when I was 17 at college. His first release ‘Bounce’, was one the first records I learnt how to mix with.
Donae’o processes not only the ability to sing but also to go in hard.. Mcing! His versatility never fails to impress, with one of the most soulful house tunes of this year ‘I’ to grime anthems such as ‘Move To Da Gyal Dem’. It’s hard to believe this is the same man! Never mind his vocal talent, in his spare time he is a mastermind producer & remixer that has recently reworked T.E.E.D’s new single ‘Garden’. One could call him a workaholic, I say ONE of the most TALENTED UK artists on the scene!
